SHIPPING DAMAGE ON ARRIVAL

Before signing for your parcel, please verify if the the light is in good condition. If the light was damaged in shipping, you can refuse the parcel then the shipping company will get it returned to us. Once we get the damaged light, we will reship a new one to you. If it is only a small problem, you can sign it first, and contact us with some pics, we will give you a refund of 10~20 USD or some discount (5%~10%) on your next order.

 

DETAILS OF WARRANTY PROCEDURES

30 days ALL FREE WARRANTY

The light can be returned or replaced within 30 days after delivery, in the precondition of non-artificial damage.

30 days – 1 year FREE REPAIR

If your lights are broken within 1 year after delivery, please send an email to support@weegrowth.com, stating the issue you come across and provide your purchase information. We will help you fix it and no need to pay for the repairing fees.

1 year – 3 years REPAIR SERVICE

If your lights are broken 1 to 3 years after delivery, please send an email to support@weegrowth.com, stating the issue you come across and provide your purchase information. We will help you fix it and customers need to pay for the repairing fees and shipping fees.
